Return Policy
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within 7 days of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in store credit. Any return requests made after 7 days will NOT be accepted.
How To Return Damaged Items:
1) Contact Oasis Pops Support by email at info@oasispops.com within 7 days of product delivery.
2) Please provide the following:
- A detailed explanation of the damage
- A photo or photos of the damage
- A photo of the outer box and shipping label that can be sent to the shipping provider for a insurance claim to be filed.
3) When your return has been approved you will receive an RMA number. Any returns made without a RMA number will NOT be accepted.
4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
5) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days.
Mystery boxes, blind bags, or any product that is sealed and is opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
BULK orders of 3 or more of any one product cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned for any reason. This is due to resellers who purchase items and attempt to return what they cannot sell.
